We were looking for a comfortable place to catch up with friends and to explore from and this place was so quiet, comfortable with a lovely decor inside and plenty of visiting spaces! The owner checked in to see if we arrived ok and whether we needed anything. The outdoor space was disappointing at first being on the end of a canal but turned out to be a bonus as the water was nice to watch and there were fish, and other local birds etc to watch and it was beautiful at night. The house was equipped with everything we needed including toiletries, blow dryers, coffee makers and the nicest fluffy towels! The tubs are older but super clean with great shower heads. Each bedroom basically has its own bathroom with tub/shower so it was perfect for two couples! We travelled around the area and found many great spots for restaurants and beach visits!

From the moment we entered our home away from home, we were amazed at the space, the decor, and how comfortable our bedrooms were. My girlfriend and I each had our own room with en-suite and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms were spotless, well stocked with fluffy white towels and quality toiletries, and the beds were perfect and filled with fluffy pillows. The kitchen was better stocked than other places I’ve rented, and the laundry room was filled with everything we needed for a day at the beach, or in the back yard. I would highly recommend! Thank you Christian for being a responsive, attentive, and accommodating host!

We couldn’t have been more happy about choosing this property being retired. We are snowbirds and enjoy going down to Florida every March picked a good time couldn’t have been more happy about choosing this property . We are snowbirds and enjoy going down to Florida every March picked a great time and a great place. The home was just so cozy and very quiet and Private. It’s located on the intercoastal so the backyard is the intercoastal. Lounge chairs in the back were beautiful for just relaxing and looking at the water very private and very quiet. The cottage itself was well equipped with coffee and things to cook with and spices to cook with, and we would definitely choose this again for the location. Could walk to restaurants a block away although we rented a car it was easy to maneuver because the neighborhood was so quiet and not a lot of traffic.
