About this apartment rental
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,250 sq ft condo (Unit 403) in Purgatory Lodge (Unit 403) offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer, as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift to the top of the mountain, the Purgatory Express. This is the finest ski-in/ski-out location at the resort and includes a ski locker close to the slopes.
Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort's premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar.
The single level condo is located on the 4th floor (elevator access) and offers amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range and the ski resort. The condo was professionally decorated and each bedroom contains a flat screen TV as well as high end furnishings and linens.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
The Lodge's upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn't open (fall and April and May)
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Premium location is perfect for a family hitting the slopes at Purgatory! The pool/hot tubs are wonderful, and it was great to have everything (lift tickets/rental/ski school) so close by. The condo is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is terrific as well. Hope to be back there again!

This unit is conveniently located in the Lodge. That’s why we chose it. However, it needs updating. It was not super clean when we arrived....dusty on the furniture in the master bedroom, carpet looks dingy, bedding is old. There is very little lighting in the master bed and bath. The curtains in the master are impossible to open. We have stayed in other units in this building and felt they were more well kept.
