About this apartment rental
This rental is part of our beautiful home and a short walk to Garden of the Gods trailheads. It has a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling with 2 skylights, ceiling fan and spacious master bath. There is a loft area with a converta sofa. The bedroom has a nice roll top desk, set up for your laptop with a wireless keyboard and mouse.. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a large HDTV. Hi speed wireless internet. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, counter top freezer, microwave, and convection counter top oven. Counter top hotplate for cooking. From the kitchenette you walk out to a semi-private patio shared with the owners, with a hot tub to enjoy. Around back there is a lovely back yard that is completely fenced in, and has a nice fire pit, and big concrete patio in addition to planted beds surrounding the grass and next to the patio..
Please note that the soaking tub in the bathroom has very low water pressure. Takes awhile to fill. The hot tub in the courtyard is great for soaking. We love dogs but please disclose if you plan on bringing your pet! ( Permit # A-STRP-24-0631)

Very clean and full of beautiful plants (8inside and out!), super convenient to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We had a great time being able to just walk to Garden of the Gods. And the hosts are super nice

Great property, very spacious and homey. Location in the foothills of Garden of the Gods is very quiet and walking distance to one of the trailheads.

Excellent location with an quick and easy walk and a little bit of hike up the Siamese Twins, and a short drive to the Garden of the Gods entrance. The home was very clean and roomy. Our dog loved the backyard more than anything else on the entire trip! One thing I would point out just as an FYI is, the only bathroom is upstairs, not an issue for us at all though. I also didn’t mind the skylight above the bed as much as I though I would, and it was pretty cool to see a couple of stars laying down in the bed.

Wonderful half house with high ceilings and great natural lighting. Beautiful shared backyard. And garden of gods just 5 minute walk away. A gem!
