About this apartment rental
This rental is part of our beautiful home and a short walk to Garden of the Gods trailheads. It has a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling with 2 skylights, ceiling fan and spacious master bath. There is a loft area with a converta sofa. The bedroom has a nice roll top desk, set up for your laptop with a wireless keyboard and mouse.. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a large HDTV. Hi speed wireless internet. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, counter top freezer, microwave, and convection counter top oven. Counter top hotplate for cooking. From the kitchenette you walk out to a semi-private patio shared with the owners, with a hot tub to enjoy. Around back there is a lovely back yard that is completely fenced in, and has a nice fire pit, and big concrete patio in addition to planted beds surrounding the grass and next to the patio..
Please note that the soaking tub in the bathroom has very low water pressure. Takes awhile to fill. The hot tub in the courtyard is great for soaking. We love dogs but please disclose if you plan on bringing your pet! Friendly dogs only, please. We also have a small dog with access to the backyard. We limit to one dog under 50 lbs unless approved with owner. We do not allow cats or any other animals. ( Permit # A-STRP-24-0631)

This was the perfect place to stay for our 5 day trip to Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. Location was perfect ... walking distance to Garden of the Gods, and close to downtown and all amenities we needed. The house was clean and super comfortable and Debbie and Luke were gracious hosts! Lots of wildlife and we were even greeted by 2 deer in the driveway when we came back from dinner one night. Great place!

Best honeymoon ever! The hot tub was perfect and our little chihuahua had a great back yard to chase squirrels. The Sunlight in the room was amazing, but if you like to sleep in bring a sleeping mask lol The kitchenette had everything we needed. Thanks yall!

It was a very clean, cute place. The main problem was the AC didn’t reach upstairs very well. We had the windows and blinds closed as instructed, but that didn’t help much. Be aware of this in the summer. We visited in May. It would have been much more comfortable with an AC unit upstairs as it said on the listing.
