This beach cottage is absolutely incredible! It’s been completely revamped in April 2024, and it’s got everything you could need for a perfect family getaway. Just a quick 30-step walk to the sand, and you’ll be surrounded by stunning views of the ocean, beach, and marina. Picture this: relaxing on your own patio table, sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets, while your kids play in the lush grassy play area. And the cherry on top? You’ll have a private drive to take them biking, scootering, or skating. It’s the ultimate beachfront luxury!
The cozy living room is a true gem, complete with a crackling fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s even a full-size sofa sleeper for those extra guests.
Make My Vacation takes care of all the essentials - linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. They’ve even got a Living Room TV for entertainment and free wireless Internet.

This is our first time staying in this unit and we would stay again for sure. We had a view of the ocean while sitting on the couch. There is grass right outside the slider and you’re steps from the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a coffee pot, but no Keurig type. The bed was very comfortable. There are extra blankets and sheets. There are fans in the closet which we used in the bedroom. The parking for the unit was close to the unit. While it is a ground unit you do have to walk up a few stairs and then down again so if you have mobility issues that might be a concern.

Very nice condo with a great view of the beach. Everything in condo was very clean and well organized. Grounds are very well maintained and were like a resort. Pool and spas are very nice and plenty of chairs. Parking was gated and also very nice. Will definitely stay in this unit again. Added bonus is walkable to many restaurants and marina.

Condo is in an excellent location. We were disappointed that several items need to be repaired/upgraded. As soon as we arrived, we had to spend time trying to get the closet doors back on the track. Bathroom drawer doesn’t open properly and is unusable. Bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. Kitchen faucet is old and needs to be replaced. Kitchen sink is cracked and needs to be replaced. Rental management company was excellent to work with. They sent the Dishwasher repair man out immediately and also replaced the slider screen quickly (was torn and practically inoperable).
