Our group of 3 had an amazing stay at David’s property. By far, the friendliest, most thoughtful host I’ve experienced in years. When we opened the fridge, we see that David had prepared 3 separate, home made, authentic, dips that were so tasty!! A tray of homemade cookies and two six packs of beer. His home was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The views are spectacular and his neighbors were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Thank you David!!!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!!
Stayed here with a few friends for my 40th Birthday, and this property did not disappoint!!
Host is great to work with! Host and staff are extremely helpful and made for a trouble free stay!
The home and views are a class above!
We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Pictures really don’t do David’s villa justice. Our party of 6 had a fantastic stay in PV over four nights. The views from many of the rooms and the balconies cannot be beat. Walking into town wasn’t too much trouble at all, and we were always able to find Ubers and taxis to take us home. We appreciated all of the stocked supplies (cleaning, big spray, spices) and amenities. The pool area is gorgeous. Everyone living and staying in the 14-unit community was very friendly. We hope to stay here again in the future!
