About this apartment rental
Spacious 900 sq.f, Two Bedrooms Unit with a lot of positive & relaxing energy. Carefully and nicely decorated with a touch of personal taste. Great for family or small groups. Nestled in a very peaceful residential area with spectacular mountain views in 3 acres grassy lot. Part of a larger home with separate entrances, small private patios with seating area. This unit is comfortable for 5-7 guests. Great location, close to everything!
Cozy dining/kitchenette has everything- including spices! Bottle of Red wine-is complimentary for every Friday-Sunday stay! The open-concept living, dining, and kitchenette areas are spacious and accommodating for everyone in your group. Relax in the living room on a very inviting oversized couch and comfortable antique chairs, watching your favorite NETFLIX or YOUTUBE shows on the flat screen SMART TV, or get together around a huge dining table/island and enjoy your meal. From each bedroom, step right out the French door to your small patio where you can seat and sip your coffee in the morning, or enjoy glass of wine after returning back from the Yosemite National Park. Our "Pink Bedroom" has a queen size bed. A "Blue Bedroom" has one full size and twin size beds. Large living area has a queen/full size sleeper sofa, which is a part of a long couch. All beds are very comfortable-to-sleep on! There is a bathroom with a bathtub and sliding doors. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided for no additional charge.

Guest access:
If you wish to spend sometime outdoor there is a small patio with a seating area. You will have an access to a shared back yard with a fire pit and chairs around. Wood-burning barbecue grill is also available upon request! You may like to enjoy playing on our 3 acres lot with your kids or with furry family members! Laundry room is in our main unit and it is available upon request!

If you wish to play tennis or take a run, or even swim in a swimming pool- we have tennis courts, swimming pool and a stadium in few min to walk to! And.. a swimming pool just a cross the street! Restaurants, bars, winery and all shopping are very close to our property! Movie Theater, Summer Live Music, Summer Events and Chuckchansi Casino- you chose how you want to spend your evening here! Short drive or even walking distance (1 ml) to all shopping and restaurants! A lot of hiking trails around with a short drive as well! South Gate of the Yosemite National Park is 17 ml away and Bass Lake beaches are 12 ml! Manzanita Lake is a beautiful small lake with warm and shallow water that is great for families with kids, just 25 min drive from our property! For sure, you will enjoy spending entire day there! There are some barbecue sites. Chuckchansi Casino is 14 ml away with a lot of staff to do there!
Getting around:
By car, by bus, or just take a 20 min walk to our Shopping Plaza...

Super friendly host and clean unit. Really close to all the fun stuff in Oakhurst and to bass lake. Dog friendly and accommodating to my disabled mother and child. It was nice to drink coffee and watch the deer in the morning while listening to the birds, so peaceful.

Overall very nice property and great owner. We had ants in the place that we had to deal with while there. They ruined some of our food. Owner did her best to get pest control there but didn’t change the fact that we had to deal with the inconvenience while on our vacation and spending a lot of money to stay there.
