About this house rental
This two story townhouse on the south side of Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI has been completely updated from top to bottom and is located in a residential family neighborhood. The townhouse includes three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top) and two full baths on the second floor and a living room with pull out couch full bed, dining room, kitchen, and powder room on the first floor. Outside, you can relax on the patio with a cocktail or sit quietly in the gazebo for your morning coffee. Since we are in a residential neighborhood, patio/hot tub usage is not allowed after 11:00 p.m.
For security and liability purposes, surveillance devices have been installed at the front door, driveway, and patio area including the hot tub. Please be assured that these devices are used strictly by the owners for security and liability only. Data is deleted once no longer needed.
This townhouse is conveniently located within 7 minutes of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and 10 minutes to downtown Milwaukee. Need a ride to or from the airport? We can handle that! It is also minutes from the House of Harley which is located in Greenfield. It's close to shops in the South Ridge Mall or the new strip mall, "84 South." Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee provides an upscale shopping experience. A seasonal farmer's market is within minutes of the property.
Summers in Milwaukee are full of festivals like Summerfest which is recognized as the "World's Largest Music Festival." Lake front attractions include the Milwaukee Art Museum, Harley-Davidson Museum, the Pabst Mansion, and our historic Third Ward. Stroll along the famous River Walk, catch a Broadway show or listen to the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra at the beautiful Marcus Theater. Catch a Brewers' baseball game at American Family Field. And of course, Milwaukee is home to Miller Brewing Company and some of the best craft beer pubs and beer gardens! Come visit during the fall and see our beautiful fall colors. Take a drive to the Holy Hill Basilica and the National Shrine of Our Lady Help of Christians for some of the most breathtaking scenery from the tower. Winters in Wisconsin provide some great ski slopes and cross country skiing. The Milwaukee County Zoo is open all year round for animal lovers of all ages!

We had the most wonderful stay in this lovely home! Todd and Karen, sincerest thank you for your hospitality! Everything from the delightful hot tub to the charming gazebo to the spacious rooms, comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen -everything was perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday evening enjoying my tea in the gazebo during the rain! The kids loved the bunk beds, the corn hole board, the hot tub, and we all loved having the space for all 7 of us to move around! I hope we can stay at your beautiful home the next time we’re in Milwaukee!!
