About this house rental
Welcome, this is a beautiful newly renovated house just a couple blocks from the lively Bayview neighborhood. The house has two levels. The first level has an open concept containing the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a bedroom/office and a bathroom. The upper level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the upper level bedrooms has a full outdoor balcony that is great for relaxing in nice weather. The kitchen has a variety of diches/pans/utensils for you to cook up some food. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance.

The property is as advertised, pictures seem recent, nice decor, clean, overall very nice. The location is very central, everything seemed 10-15 mins, downtown, airport, Harley museum etc. Check in was a little late, 4pm, although we were allowed in earlier at 3pm. The neighborhood is a little industrial but we had no issues or noise and walked to the restaurants on the main street without issues. We had a couple of questions but the owner was quick to respond.

The home is nicely renovated and lovely. Great lighting, ceiling fans and air conditioning made the stay comfortable and welcoming! Ways to improve : purchase more quality cutlery Supply more hand towels and wash Cloths Supply dishwasher soap Supply dishcloths and kitchen towels Handrails up the stone steps in front Back patio needs workThe lack of these items did not ruin our time because we made it work with what we had. Other people might not be as tolerant.

The property was nicely renovated. Very comfortable except for the AC unit. The property was not cleaned when we checked in. Did not receive code until after check in time. Place lacked spare toilet paper and garbage bags and the AC unit was very hard to adjust to the heat. Host and owner showed up shortly after check in, and were very accommodating to the miscommunications.
