The master bedroom has a California king size bed with private its bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, tremendous walk-in shower. Massive walk-in closet, large HD television and private entrance to massive terrace. The patio has fantastic views of the main pool, casino club house (that has pool table, Wi-Fi, card room, fitness center, sauna and locker rooms) and tennis courts. A perfect place to sit after the day at the beach or shopping in town. Steos away from a private gated beach entrance. The 2nd bedroom has a very relaxing theme with a queen size bed and private bathroom and large walk-in closet with sliding glass door leading to oversized patio. Third bedroom has a double door entry with Queen Size bed.
Large open living room with leather couches with gorgeous accents and window treatments. This room get tremendous sun light and has a sliding glass door to southeast side private balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean and palm dunes. Extra Large dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people and could accommodate more if needed. Amazing fully loaded kitchen with everything needed to cook your favorite meals or just entertain for guest. Breakfast bar and breakfast nook can accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Come stay and enjoy --live like you are on a proper vacation!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Minorca. The condo was spacious and the owner very nice to deal with. The Minorca complex is fantastic... toughest decision is whether to spend time on the beach or at one of the three available pools. We are looking forward to our next visit to New Smyrna Beach!

Everyday was a vacation day. The unit was very nice, clean and nicely furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities were wonderful. What to do first....beach or pool. The sunsets were beautiful and the restaurants were great. We look forward to coming back next year. Heaven on Earth!

I have always stayed rented a house in Orlando because of my kids and the parks. i took a chance and decided to try New Smyrna Beach. This was a huge score for me and my family. The condo was huge and absolutely fantastic..As soon as we walked in, we knew we were on vacation..Super clean and relaxing and you can get lost in the private patio that overlooks the entire community as well as the great pool and spa..Luxury with a great tropical feel. Great beach front community with every amenity that you could possible need. My kids actually asked not to go to Disney on a few occasions so they could stay on the beach and the pool with some of the people they met. Gated access to and from the beach with an occasional sea turtle sighting on the way.. Disney was only a 45 minute drive when we decided to go. Its the best of both worlds for the parents and the kids, instead of just the kids. We found some amazing restaurants, water parks, golf, museums and a great ecological park with river boat ride with alligators !!! Kids loved it !. Unlike Orlando the constant ocean breeze is a welcomed amenity. I will be looking to come back here again very soon and try to relive on of the best vacation experiences in quite some time. The owners were very helpful and accommodating with all of my questions and were very honest. Everything that we needed was in the condo and we wanted for nothing. I recommend this place to everyone that need a great vacation for the kids and for themselves.
