There is a 24 hour security guard on the property. This is a stunning modern Mediterranean style home located just steps from the golden sandy beach of the Sea of Cortez and in the Hidden Gem of San Felipe, La Perla del Mar. Directly off the primary suite is a private balcony which is perfect for that morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. Outside in your back yard you will be able to entertain your family & guests in style. A completely tiled patio with covered BBQ area, outdoor shower and an amazing swimming pool to cool off and enjoy the amazing weather that San Felipe has to offer. La Perla del Mar the Hidden Gem of San Felipe is a great beachfront gated community just south of San Felipe approx. 9.3 miles south of downtown San Felipe. You will enjoy the golden sand beach and tranquil azure waters of the Sea of Cortez. La Perla del Mar is situated in a natural cove and at low tide you will can enjoy a hidden hot spring. All modern appliances including reverse osmosis drinking water filtration in kitchen and master bath. The two car garage can hold your toys, or safeguard your valuable automobile. The garage is also tiled. The beach is ideal for windsurfing, paddle boarding, or launching your sailboat or jet skis. In addition there are great opportunities to ride your dune buggy, jeep, quads, UTV's, RZR or all terrain vehicles in this area. There is sand, beach, hills and many trails to explore. Every day is an adventure! If you desire you can swim, snorkel, or scuba dive right out from the house! The front entry has another covered patio which allows you to sit and watch the ocean roll in, as you sip the beverage of your choice. Perla del Mar has the nicest private beach in San Felipe. It is perfect for beach combing, long romantic walks, and listening to the waves roll in.

We had a family reunion and this was the best place to have it! We loved the pool and multiple decks with ocean views. The charcoal grill was great, rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, would come back!

Michele’s property was excellent. The photos don’t even do justice to how gorgeous the house and property was. My friends and I spent a girls’ weekend there and enjoyed waking up each morning to the view of the water from the balcony and roof deck. The master suite is huge and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The area is gated and there was no gate remote provided but the nice security guard and his friendly pups were always there to greet us and open it. I highly recommend staying here - it’s great for families or small groups. My only regret is that it was just a bit too chilly to fully enjoy the pool. The water in the sea was just right though!
