We absolutely loved staying here. The property was clean and everything was as listed. The owners were so helpful and always responsive if we had questions. We will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed a relaxing week at this lovely house directly on Smith Lake. The house is set back off the road on a huge lot and has a gentle slop down to the water just steps from the back porch. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware since we ate most of meals at the house.Brandon is a fantastic host. Everything about the stay, from booking to checkout, was smooth and easy. He checked in with by text during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. He also took the time to give us a heads up about some severe weather headed our way.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing trip to Smith Lake.
