Luxurious Modern Home - A Walk To The Beach

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, could walk everywhere. The pool with shaded area was perfect for the hot afternoons. The communication with the manager was easy and she was always quick to reply with any questions. We really enjoyed visiting at the big island while making meals or happy hour. Fantastic experience.

We had a lovely stay at this modern home in Samara. Great location, walkable to town and beach, but just far enough away from the noise! Beautiful home with open concept and great outdoor spaces. Very clean and well equipped!

The house is beautiful with air conditioning. It was a very convenient location for us. We had bicycles to get around on and it was less than 5 min to get to the beach. Our host provided us with beach chairs we we strapped on and took to the beach. It is about a 15 min walk to the town and the beach. We had a few minor issues with ck in and ck out but Juliane got on it right away for us and we were very grateful for her prompt attentiveness! I would highly recommend this house if are looking for all the comforts of home! Thanks Jules!

My husband and I loved staying here for three weeks. The house came with two adult bikes and we used them every morning for the short ride on a paved road to a beautiful beach--calm water for swimming and plenty of shoreline for long walks. My husband rode his to a great nearby boulangerie and, often, into Samara Town. The kitchen is well-appointed, though some pots were warped and couldn't function on the electric stove - which has seen better days. The furnishings - inside & out - were comfortable. The back yard is spacious – with plenty of seating and fans. The pool is large - more than a dipping pool - and has a waterfall option to keep the space peaceful. There are an abundance of food stores and good restaurants nearby. All rooms have AC units that worked well. The owner, Juliane, and the property manager, Carl, responded quickly to any issue needing attention (including an iguana in the pool!) - though a loud noise from the smaller bedroom's AC unit persisted for two days until Carl, after trying other fixes, correctly identified the problem and set things right. He and Juliane were generous with suggestions, guidance, and extra equipment like beach chairs and pool floats. Overall, we had a five-star experience and are hoping to return.
