Quiet rural setting with nearby lake and river. Perfect for kayaking, fishing ,hiking, and biking . If you like a quiet setting and the outdoors, but still only minutes from town , then will enjoy our place. We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. Everything we needed and expected. Surrounding area was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Short drive in to visit my son in Fayetteville and the surrounding area and a little closer to the hiking we did out west (near Ponca). A little warm for this time of year (March) but the AC worked great. Thanks had a lovely visit!
