About this house rental
Book for summer fun or have an incredible off-season experience! Stunning Flying Point and Scott Cameron beaches + charming Southampton Village 5 min drive.
Visit the new Shou Sugi Ban Spa, Parrish Art Museum and Duckwalk Vineyard. Enjoy Hank's Pumpkintown in fall! All are only 5-10 minutes 'walk' from our house.

There is a very large, furnished deck with BBQ, six loungers with side tables, two couches with cocktail table, a high-top table with high seats and two dining tables with large umbrellas (seat six and four) that spills into the backyard seamlessly.
Enjoy the fresh vegetables and flowers from the garden. Floating lights illuminate the deck at night that is perfect for stargazing and watching the summer meteor showers.
The property sits on ~acre and overlooks a beautiful agricultural reserve. The yard is landscaped, spacious and open, and is sprayed for ticks/pests.
The house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and an outside shower/changing room. It sleeps 6 adults. Includes a toddler bed, high-chair. There are toys and pool gear. Ideal for a family with young children.
Open Living, Dining, and Kitchen with 3 Bedrooms all on one level. Vaulted ceilings in the Living area with a fireplace. Upgraded Kitchen with stainless appliances, sanded and stained wood floors, Central Air, Central Vac, and a Security System. We had a great time. Our kids loved the back yard and the pool, and all the kids toys were a big bonus. The house was close to downtown and beaches. We would definitely come back in the summer or perhaps for a fall weekend with the pumpkin farm so close by. Such a great spot.

If you’re looking for a stress free getaway with you little ones this is the dream home! Melissa was helpful from the get go with tips on the area, things to do and how to get around. The check in process was seamless and the home was an absolute delight. Melissa even left us some beverages and wine in the fridge! Our kids were in heaven with all the toys, art supplies, the pool and the lawn. We could get some down time because they were so occupied with exploring this incredibly kid friendly space. This was a home which is for families, we enjoyed every minute of our weekend and hope to be able to go back again soon!
