Very nice but a bit noisy on the corner. Good location for restaurants. Front door lock needs some oil. Over-all nice and clean.

Long stay for a wilderness medicine course. Perfect for small family.

As mentioned in the title the property was in an excellent location, very close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Ketchum.
However, there were a few issues:
- The furniture was old and dingy fabric, and the rugs and flooring weren't in great shape.
-The AC unit blew cold air, but you could only feel it if you stood a couple feet away. It really did nothing to cool the condo down.
- Neither of the balcony sliding door locks worked (though crime is pretty much non-existent in Ketchum, so that's not much of a concern).
- The shower drain is installed improperly (it's not flush with the floor) so you stand in an enormous puddle while showering. The shower head is also broken so it mostly pours water straight out like a garden hose.
- The building hallways were exceptionally hot inside. This is not in the VRBO host's control of course, but it is something that should be known.
None of the above is to say that we didn't enjoy our stay there, but for nearly a mortgage payment a week I expect things to be in better condition.
