About this house rental
When you arrive at Westwood- you'll be stepping into your home away from home. This updated, well appointed 3 Bedroom 2 and half bath has everything you need to start your vacation. Located on the bike path, a short 10 minute walk to town & 10 minute walk or cross country ski to the mountain. The bus stop is just outside our unit.
*When you step inside you’ll find wood floors throughout and and a well designed entry way with extra storage to corral coats and gear.
*Continue up the stairs to a generously sized great room full of light and views featuring beautiful leather furniture, gas burning fire and flat screen TV. A great spot to kick back after your adventures.
*An updated half bath is just off great room.
*For those who love to cook and entertain head into the oversized kitchen and you’ll be amazed by the vast counter space. Additional bar seating and a comfortable "second" sitting room provides plenty of seating to relax while you keep the chef company. The kitchen is well appointed to whip up a hearty meal.
*Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a live edge wood table with seating for 8.
*The outdoor patio, just off the dining room, features a Weber Grill and patio seating in a private setting.
*Head up the stairs to access the private Master Suite with a balcony to take in the grand Mountain views. You'll love waking up and falling asleep to this view. The en suite bath features double vanities, walk-in shower, jetted tub and private toilet. The walk in closet has plenty of room to store you gear.
*The downstairs level features 2 guest rooms, a laundry room full size bath and garage access. The bunkroom has a twin over full bunk, twin over twin bunk, extra storage, flat screen with Xbox 360 and extra seating. The second guest room has a Queen size bed, flat screen, tons of storage and small pull out sofa. The full sized bathroom has double vanities, full size shower and extra storage.
*The heated garage has room for one suv plus storage for skis and boots. Extra parking is available on the street. Three bikes are available to use.

This duplex unit is very spacious and extremely well outfitted with everything our crew needed to feel welcome and at home. Particularly the kitchen and living areas -- with a big, open kitchen and comfortable living space, it was easy to settle in for 10 days. The location is just perfect - particularly in winter. Just 2 min drive to River Run Lodge. Katie also went above and beyond and set out holiday decorations which made our vacation feel very festive and warm! One small note, there is one very big master suite, with two smaller rooms downstairs. A bit challenging to 'split' fairly amongst two couples with kids. Ultimately, the house is probably best suited to a large family or extended family with grandparents perhaps... that said, it was more than functional for our two families. Thank you for a great visit!

We can’t say enough good things about the wonderful experience we had at this property! The home was better than appeared in the pictures with ample room for us and our family. Overall a wonderful location for our vacation!

My family wanted to celebrate my 60th by taking me to the Dark Sky Reserve. This home was a great location to serve as a base. We saw the Milky Way, Art Festival, Sun Valley Lodge, Crater Moon, and Shoshone Falls. Lovely home, clean, space for everyone.
