Main bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi soaker tub.- One bedroom with Queen bed, One with Full bed.- Fully furnished unit that will include: bed sheets, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, hairdryers, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, 3TV's. - Open-concept living kitchen/dining/living area on main. - Hardwood Bamboo floors throughout with tile in the bathrooms. - Fenced backyard with a large deck, planted garden, large water feature, bbq and storage shed. No smoking. No pets. Please inquire about additional guests and longer stays. Three (3) day minimum stay. Available for quarantine (14days). Stays shorter than 14 days will be charged a cleaning fee.

A great place to come after touring all day. The patio was very private and fun to feed the fish in the pond!! The bbq was great on a warm evening also. Comfy beds and extras in the fridge!!

This home, located in downtown St. John’s provided everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchen, a lovely patio area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
Bonnie was accessible in advance and booking/check in was simple. I highly recommend this property.

We had to reschedule last minute due to hurricane Teddy and lost the first two days, however, Bonnie was so kind and able to extend the two days on the other end. The house was in a great location and a parking permit available to make life easy. The house is beautiful and has everything you can think of. The back yard area is private and serene where we enjoyed the bbq and the goldfish ( not on the bbq) Easy access with the keypad and close to shops and restaurants as well about a 15 minute stroll to the downtown core of George Street.We will certainly recommend this property to our friends and hope to return soon :)
