Location was fabulous, just a short 15 min walk into the old town. Well equipped with everything you need for a villa stay Lovely pool, especially in the heat to cool off, and very private. Well kept gardens. There is some road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all

We stayed for 9 nights and were told that because our stay wasn’t 2 weeks there was no linen or towel changeover. This was kindly remedied by the owner when we raised this very quickly - thank you The property has air con in the main bedroom but not in the remainder of the downstairs accommodation so the heat was at times problematic being mid July, We found it strange as previous villas we have stayed in stayed very cool. There was a standing fan in the lounge which was used. Could do with an extra (or larger) umbrella by the pool for shade.

Es war wirklich ein wunderschöner Urlaub! ☺️ - perfekte Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Sonntagsmarkt in Pollença zu Fuß erreichbar, kurze Autofahrt zur Cala Sant Vicenç und nach Alcúdia - wunderschönes, gepflegtes, liebevoll angelegtes, großes Grundstück - viele schöne Pflanzen, rundherum Olivenbäume - schöne Außenbeleuchtung rundherum an Haus, Einfahrt und Poolarea - gepflegter, großer Pool - sehr schönes Haus - top ausgestattete Küche - sehr gute, geräuschlose Klimaanlagen - guter Wasserdruck (Dusche, Wasserhähne)

In der Dusche bräuchte es eine Ablagefläche für Duschsachen.

Sehr zentral, wunderschöne Aussicht mit den Bergen. Der Pool ist toll er wurde auch alle zwei Tage kontrolliert und geputzt. Sehr schöne Finca

Uns nicht aber es könnte der Straßenlärm den ein oder anderen stören
