I loved the location. It was very well priced as well.
The hot water ran out very quickly. The remote batteries need to be replaced.

I like the location. Beautiful home. I loved the pool area. it was quiet neighborhood and friendly. Landscaping was beautiful and clean.
I didn’t like to see insects. Some of the furniture and mattress need to be updated. There wasn’t cable channels in some rooms. Tv in the kids room did not come on and no remote. It’s was half cleaned we saw caked on food on the side of the wall by the refrigerator.

New fixtures furniture all beautiful items in home. Kitchen was gorgeous newly updated appliances.
Areas of improvement:
*Couch update. Very dirty nasty like someone rubbed dirt on it.
*The carpet all needs to be replaced to flooring. Stained really bad.
*Fire extinguisher make sure and update
*Licensure update (last 2019)
*Drainage system in bath tubs needs to be cleaned really bad. The jets r very dirty.

There was not enough parking. I asked if there ws before reserving property and was assured there was plenty.
And there was a swim diaper under a bed. When we arrived
Our dishwasher wasn’t working
