This house was amazing! Plenty of room for 12 people! House was clean and looks just like the pictures. Pool was just across the road literally and was very pretty. Home was a quick walk to the beach and provided coolers, chars and plenty of beach towels. We flew in so it was nice to have all of that there for us. Kitchen was well sst

Beautiful home and ample space for three families. Good location with nice pool within the complex. Short walk to the fabulous beach. The host was very accommodating and attentive to any questions we had during our stay.

The property was amazing! The picture truly don't do it justice. Very clean and welcoming. It does not feel like a rental property, but rather your own beach house. I feel like the distance from the house to the beach was misleading in the description. It was a haul especially with carry things, but they do have a shuttle service that made up for the distance from the water. The pool was close and nice, but the hot tub and 2 of the pool waterfalls were out of service. The pool staff on duty was not friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but we were not treated kindly and we were very respectful to the area. Therefore I feel her attitude was unjustified. The owners of the house were very personable! It started off great, but then it honestly turned into too much. Texting and checking in constantly. Again, at first I thought it was wonderful how personable they were, but then it became like we were being spied on during our entire stay. They have cameras! I'm hoping not inside but I wouldn't be surprised. Their home is in excellent condition and is absolutely beautiful, but we felt like we were being watched during our entire stay. It honestly made us very nervous and took some of the relaxation and enjoyment out of our trip. Again, the owners are very very nice! It was just too much and I want to give an honest review. In their defense, one of my family members did break one of their house rules which they identified immediately through their camera system. They were very understanding when they didn't have to be, so for that I am extremely thankful! Overall the property was great, but next time we will probably choose something closer to the beach, especially given the price we paid.
