The location and number of bedrooms.
No garage door remote, trash in the kitchen bin when we arrived, smoke alarm kept beeping, roaches crawling around the kitchen and stairs, televisions were hard to understand as no instructions were available. There was a rusted paper clip inside the coffee machine reservoir we could not take out making the coffee machine unusable.

The proximity to Whitecap Beach was fantastic! We absolutely loved all of the balconies to sit and enjoy the views, and our entire family had plenty of space. The kids loved the bunk bed room!
We had some concerns about the cleanliness of the condo. There were small bugs in every room of the house, and we found some unlaundered mildew-y towels in one of the showers. We also had issues when using the washer/dryer. The dryer lent "drawer" was so full that it would not close all the way, so we had to spend about 30-45 mins trying to clean it out so we could use the dryer. I would recommend having the cleaning crew add the dryer to the list of areas they check.

Beautiful view and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking.
The shower curtains need to be replaced.
