About this villa rental
Villa Vistamar is located in the quiet urbanization of Roca Grossa, at only 3km from town.
The stunning sea views from this villa are fabulous!
On the ground floor you'll find the large living/dining room with double sofabed and open fully equipped kitchen.
Direct access via sliding doors to the terrace with exterior dining area and BBQ.
Private pool with waterfall. Enjoy the panoramic views while sunbathing or relaxing on the porche!
On this floor there's one double bedroom (double bed) with direct access to the terrace.
One bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there's a double bedroom with double bed and again the amazing sea view! Ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath tub and separate shower.
Another double bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Free wifi.
Air conditioning included.
There are many beautiful beaches within a 10min drive from the villa:
- Cala Canyelles (Lloret de Mar)
- Playa de Fenals (Lloret de Mar)
- Cala Boadella (Lloret de Mar)
- Cala Santa Cristina (Blanes)
- Cala Sant Francesc (Blanes)
This villa is a great option of for families who wish to combine a sun and beach holiday with some cultural trips to Barcelona or Girona. Barcelona is a one-hour drive, and Girona is a 35min drive.

- Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa.
Minimum age is 28.

The house, the nice view and the service provided.
The extractor hood in the kitchen is extreemly low. So you can easy hit your head.
Parking at the house is very dificult, but you can park on the road.

Het huis was nog mooier dan de foto’s. De ligging is geweldig. Het huis heeft een mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk zonne terras Ook binnen is een het heerlijk vertoeven There were no real blancets and iT was cold in the night And we did Not have enough towels
