About this apartment rental
I am happy to offer a modern 1 Bedroom apartment in a new build gated development in London. Short 7-10 minute walk to Hanger Lane (Central Line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) tube stations with easy access to Central London. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place with easy reach throughout the city, look no further! Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Although it is an extremely easy commute to Central London, my home is the perfect escape from the bustling city. You have the best of both worlds - you can either explore this exciting part of London just a short subway ride away, or get some peace and quiet in my cozy apartment.
-The lounge is bright and elegant, boasting a comfy sofa, a coffee table, and a TV.
-Contemporary kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils.
-The double bedroom is bright and airy with french panoramic windows. The king-sized bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. The bedroom also has a wardrobe so you have plenty of storage space.
-There is also a separate storage room where you can store your luggage during your stay.
-In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries!
-The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
