Great service and assistance provided by telephone. Very clean condos and completely ready for our stay. Also appreciate your patience with some of the stragglers that left about 1/2 hour late.

We appreciated that our house had the kitchen and other parts of the house freshly painted so that it looked and felt clean and well cared for. SPI does an incredible job of being responsive when needed. So my 5 stars are for service, cleanliness, comfort, decor, and location.

From Marrina in sales to Joey & Leo in maintenance, also others I did not formally meet, it was a great winter get-a-way. SPI Rentals is top notch.

While the property was in an excellent location and the home was extremely spacious, it is in DIRE need of a cleaning. There weren't any cleaning supplies inside the home (other than two mops with almost black mop heads) so I had to buy all cleaning supplies and hire a cleaning lady to clean and disinfect the home. All the wall panels were dirty with brown stains, there was grim and sticky residue on a lot of the door handles and high-touch surfaces, the floors looked and felt dirty, and the glass leading to the was so murky. The previous renter must have had a dog or cat because there was animal hair EVERYWHERE. The A/C vents were so dirty, that you could see the dust and grim from afar.
SPI Rentals left all the clean towels in a trash bag by the door upon arrival so we had to place them in every restroom. For the amount that I paid, it should have been way cleaner and should have had the towels put away.
I notified SPI Rentals on the last day and they stated they could have sent a cleaning crew had I notified them upon arrival but we had business guests and needed it cleaned ASAP.
