About this villa rental
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Villa Horizon is tastefully decorated and boasts several terraces, all offering breathtaking sea views. Just 2 km from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants, it provides the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.
The villa features a large garage for two cars on street level.
It includes entertainment options such as a ping pong table, trampoline, slide, and a small children play kitchen, making it ideal for families with kids.
Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into the first floor, where a bright and spacious living room offers direct access to the terrace. The living area is equipped with air conditioning, a large sofa, a fireplace, and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix account included. The dining area and fully equipped American kitchen include a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. A separate laundry room with a washing machine is also available, along with a courtesy toilet.
Large sliding doors with electric shutters lead to the terrace in front of the living room and kitchen, featuring a large outdoor dining table and electric sunshades. A separate chill-out corner with a comfortable outdoor lounge set and a Weber gas BBQ is perfect for al fresco dining. On this floor, there is also one double bedroom (160cmx200cm) with an en-suite shower cabin and sink.
On the second floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, all with sea views and access to the balcony:
- master bedroom with a double bed (180cmx200cm)
- second double bedroom with two beds joined together (160cmx200cm)
- third double bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 singles), ideal for children.
The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub, separate hydro-massage shower, and two washbasins.
PRIVATE ROOFTOP & POOL AREA
On the top floor, there’s a newly renovated rooftop with a large sun deck featuring loungers, a pergola with two fans, and a lounge area. The private swimming pool (7x3m) and hot tub provide the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the fabulous sea views!

- general heating is available in all rooms to ensure comfort year-round.
LOCATION AND NEARBY ACTIVITIES
Santa Susanna’s sandy beach is just a 5-minute drive away, with parking areas, beach bars, and water activities. Only 1 km from the villa, you’ll find a large shopping center with a Carrefour supermarket. Santa Susanna's promenade offers many shops and excellent restaurants.

First of all, the villa is beautiful and the views from the 3 separate levels are amazing. Santa Susanna is a 20mins walk, although we preferred to travel a little further out. Plenty of supermarket choice nearby also. We didn't have any issues with the villa, so didn't need to contact the owner about that,but when we did message about queries/leaving times etc, the host was very responsive. They also gifted us a lovely gift on arrival/departure, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you
