About this apartment rental
Central apartment 600 meters from the beach.
4 bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room with hallway to outdoor balcony and bathroom with shower.
Very cozy and lots of natural light.
Accommodation
-Located in the central area of town, very close to restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, children's parks, beach bars and everything you may need within a short walking distance.
-Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, dishes, etc.)
-The dining room for 8 people and hallway to outdoor balcony.
-32 "SMART TV.
-Free and unlimited Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
-Large sofa bed for two people.
-It is an ideal apartment for families or groups of friends with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
-We offer our guests: towels and sheets.
-The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was found.
-The arrival time (check-in) is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
If you want later than 23:00 at check-in, you should consult it.
-The departure time (check-out) must be made before 11: 00h.
If you want later than 11: 00h at check-out you should consult it.
-23: 00h Hour of silence.
-15: 00h-23: 00h Check-in time.
-11: 00h Departure time.
-Respect the rest of the neighbors.
-The identity document or passport will be requested upon arrival to photocopy and accept the rules.
-The host is not responsible for lost personal items, money, cards, etc. during your stay in the apartment.
-It is forbidden to make excessive noise that may cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
-Please take care of the furniture and use it correctly.
-It is forbidden that someone who is not in the reserve sleeps or uses the apartment.
-Air conditioning and heating for € 5 / day.
-Suitable for smokers on the balcony / terrace of the apartment.
Inside totally prohibited for health and respect for underage children and for smoke detectors.
-Smoking inside the apartment: € 50.
-The payment of tourist taxes is mandatory, this tax has a cost of € 1 per person and day, it will be paid in cash on the day of delivery of the keys together with the additional € 25 for 1 night's stay in the rate cleaning fee, € 35 additional for 2 nights stay in cleaning fee or € 45 additional from 3 nights stay onwards in cleaning fee.
-Once the fees have been paid in cash, we will proceed to deliver the keys.
-The key delivery location: Calle NAPOLS 45, 1º 1º, 08380 Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona).
-Loss of apartment keys: € 50.
-Deal: If damage occurs to the accommodation, you could be charged up to a maximum of € 250.
-Private parking for € 10 / day.
-If you need a transfer from Barcelona Airport or Gerona Airport to the apartment, you just have to say so, this service has an additional cost.
