About this apartment rental
Southwinds is a Private Community with 2 Pools! Our unit has an ocean views from the deck and Sound View from Front Deck! We are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Beautiful kitchen, baths, sleeps 5 comfortably.
Living Room with flat screen HD TV, internet. Master Bedroom with queen size bed and ½ bath. Second Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin size bed. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from Blue Water Services!
Kitchen is furnished with microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, full set of dishes, glasses and utensils, everything you need. Hair dryer and iron in master bath. Deck chairs on balcony to enjoy ocean view. Laundry facilities are in the building next to the ocean pool. Courtyard is beautifully landscape with gazebos, charcoal grills, and picnic tables.
Southwinds does not allow smoking in units or on the balcony, the neighbors will report you!
No trailers or boats allowed in the parking lot, they will be towed.

Great condo. The apartment is new, clean, everything works great. The beds are good. The mattresses are good. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. There are a lot of kitchen utensils. There are no minuses. The only minus for me personally was that there was no washing machine in the apartment, I had to go to the territory and that there were no towels and bed linen. But again, this is not a big minus. You can bring your own linen and go for a walk to the laundry room)

This was our first time visiting Atlantic Beach, NC and we loved it. We’re already planning next year’s trip. Eileen, the property owner, was great and easy to communicate with. Condo was adorable. Short walk to beach and kids lived the pool. Ride into town was easy. No complaints.

We had a great time at the beach! It was the first time staying at this condominium but everything was clean quite and comfortable! We had ample room for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). This is by far our favorite beach and we can’t wait to return next year! Eileen was so easy to communicate with and is so nice! You won’t be disappointed!
