The condo was very nice, clean and well stocked. There was 2 bikes and beach stuff in a storage locker. The complex is well located mid-island, a close bike ride to the main part of town. The only negatives are: 1) All the mattresses need to be updated, we all had a sore back after sleeping on them some nights. 2) The air conditioning unit is loud, but that can be turned off at night. But other than that the condo was great.
