About this house rental
RickMar Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath private home on beautiful Round Lake in Hayward Wisconsin. Property is part of a condo association that includes 6 other private homes. Recent remodel includes fresh paint, new floors, furniture, mattresses, etc. Furnished kitchen, laundry, and a very large deck overlooking the lake. Shared dock with additional dock space if needed. There is also a large beach and plenty of good fishing opportunities. Property is located on a very quiet dead end road. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of twin bunks. There is also a queen size fold out sofa if needed. There is a full kitchen as well as a gas grill available for use. The lake itself has several boat launches, a full marina, and 2 restaurants. Parking is available right at house for easy access with additional parking close to house as well. There is plenty of parking for trailers as well. We have direct access to the snowmobile trails and are minutes away from the Birkie trail and Mosquito Brook trailhead for skiers and mountain bikers alike.

Enjoyed our stay at this property . The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Great Lake view from the house and nice deck to sit on . Two full bathrooms which actually is not easy to find in a rental for four people . One bathroom was nice and large, the other was small but fine . The beds were very comfortable . The couch and chair in living room were very comfortable . We definitely would stay here again . Great , easy communication with the host and easy check in and out . Thanks Mimi for sharing your place . We had a great time and even caught fish right off the dock .

Great location, easy drive to town, trails and restaurants. Cottage is comfy, great view of the lake. Saw loons and bald eagles. Would definitely stay here again.
