We had a great vacation and the property was very nice but we rented it because it had a pool so we were very disappointed that the pool was not available.

The only reason that we gave it a 4 rating was because it was not very clean when we arrived. It was obvious that the current cleaning crew had been doing a light once over for a long time. Charles the owner hired another cleaning person who arrived the next morning and did a deep clean which was greatly appreciated since we were staying there for 3 weeks. Also replaced a soiled bedspread the first night we were there. We appreciated his responsiveness particularly when he was out of the country and had to work through others to get things done. It is in a great location and central to a number of restuarants, parks and events.

Condo is very nice. Beds were comfortable. Location is close to ASU and about anything you’d need. Would definitely stay here again.
