Chill 2BR Near ASU, Pool, Grill, Parking,Pet Frndly

It was modern, the 2 bathrooms were a plus and the privacy was nice and it’s kid friendly. It was close to Tempe Marketplace which is a good spot to shop and dine.

Did not dislike anything about the property.

I liked the location, the price and it was a nice apartment don't get me wrong but it could've have been cleaner and and appliances could've worked better. I also liked the fact that both rooms were on the opposite side from each other and the patio oh I loved the patio. Pop

1. when I first got there it smelled really bad almost like a moldy sticky dusty smell like it made me was puke horribly but once I opened the patio door it started going away. The more I opened the patio door and left it open the .ost the smell went again and it was completely gone after then first 4 days. 2. Up until a couple days ago the drains didn't really work that well at least until maintenance came and fixed them for me then they work just fine. 3. The day after I had got there I did however see a couple roaches in the unit but after seeing them a couple times that 1 day I didn't see them again after that. 4. Noisy neighbors But I mean I was able to handle and deal with those issues for the simple fact I didn't want too bother management for some small minor issues and they ended up correcting themselves.
