A good accomodation

The apartment is very nice, stylish and also a lot of amneties, including a Brita Filter, to some it might not matter, but the fact that I don't have to buy water makes me a happy person The location is excellent, 2 min or less until the C6 bus to the center.

This is just some things to take into consideration: - if you check-in late you can only access the apartment until 11pm, this can be solved by communicating with the host or waiting for someone to let you in so you can access the key safe, a bit weird, but not the worst thing in the world - it gets quite warm in sunmer, the sun shines after 10-11 pn on the flat, i would think of a fan as a countermeasure - more towels, having one towl to wash your body, hands and face is not ideal, plus they smelled a bit funny, like you wash something and it doesn't properly dry - the "loft" is actually a former ap split into 3 rooms

The flat is ok for one night but the privacy of the guests needs to be respected, we felt monitored.

Location

The bathroom is very small and you can see people when they are in the shower + there was no soap in the kitchen. We felt very uncomfortable though when asked if the cleaner could come and start cleaning while we were out in the morning before the check out time with all our belongings in the flat, because the “motion sensors” indicated the flat was empty.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, there were stains on the sofa and the bedding, the table and the pantry were sticky. The curtains had holes. All in all it didn’t match with the photos shown on booking.

Stylish but not terribly clean.

The host had the good idea to include not only blackout curtains but also mesh ones (good for keeping mosquitos out but for letting cool air in when it's too warm).

The kitchen was not clean. There were crumbs from previous guests by the toaster, and cutlery that was not clean in the drawer. Also the couch has several stains on it which doesn't help to contribute to a clean image (and doesn't make you want to sit on the sofa) The entrance door to the apartment is possibly your first clue that this place, though nice looking in the photos, isn't being cared for enough (to match the price and the visual standards of what is on offer), as it is also grimy. The shower leaks on both sides of the shower door (it seems to have been a problem for some time now already, judging by visual clues). Unfortunately there was still no tea-towel provided for drying dishes (we had seen this comment from others who had stayed). The one thing you want when you stay somewhere, above style or even location is to feel like it's clean enough that you can relax. With some of what we saw, we didn't feel comfortable that it was the case here, and that's a shame as it could be much nicer, provided that more attention is put into maintaining a better hygiene level.

Great loft in Lyon

Guillaume was extremely helpful and kind. The apartment had everything we needed, it was new and very clean. We were very confortable with our kids. We will definitely come back!

Posizione strategica rispetto al centro dei miei interessi a Lione. L'appartamento è molto carino, curato nei dettagli ed ha tutte le dotazioni necessarie per un breve soggiorno confortevole.

Sarebbe forse opportuno un tappetino assorbente all'uscita della doccia

grand studio bien équipé, très bien situé pour se rendre au centre des Congrès de Lyon ( <15 minutes en bus) et aux 2 gares Lyonnaises. Facilités pour récupérer les clefs avec les instructions données en amont. Guillaume est très réactif aux demandes.

Студиото е в централен чист и тих квартал на Лион, на пешеходно разстояние 40 мин от стария град. Прилично чисто, но не идеално.По 1 капсула кафе за ден престой, точно преброена.

По-скоро препоръки към собственика.В студото има прекалено обемни и много мебели, които затрудняват придвижването до тоалетната например. Освен това мисля за редно, на места за краткосрочно настаняване, спалното бельо и хавлиените кърпи да НЕ са цветни, а бели, защото остават впечатление за нечисто. И като е написано , че ще има душ-гел, наистина да има, защото пътувахме с ръчен багаж и съм се съобразила с условията в имота при резервацията
