About this apartment rental

Modern waterfront condo located in the only condominium complex actually on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Unobstructed views of Puget Sound and West Seattle, Pike Place Market in your backyard, Seattle aquarium, the Seattle wheel, WA ferries, music and sports stadiums, parks, and all of downtown Seattle restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. This unit offers the quiet and relaxation of waterfront living with easy access to all the action of downtown living.

The unit offers 1 bedroom with memory foam queen bed, private bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sinks, private balcony off living space, full/double memory foam bed in den, A/C in main living space, washer/dryer, and chef's kitchen with viking stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops, gas stove, fully equipped with dishes and cookware, and free secure underground parking. Other guest amenities include Keurig coffee maker + pods, standard coffee maker, french press, sugar and substitutes, basic cooking spices and oils, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, games, books, and YouTubeTV.

Guests enjoy the entire unit with private balcony and also have access to shared building amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, and rooftop deck with two gas built-in BBQs.

The Seattle waterfront is the most sot-after area given the views, quiet/calming atmosphere, and easy access to all the amenities of downtown living. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are within blocks of the unit, and the waterfront area is very safe. Pike Place Market is in your backyard, in addition to all the amenities of downtown. SAM (museum), Seattle Aquarium, and Myrtle Edwards park are also down the street with amazing views of the sound, ferries to neighboring islands and even the West Seattle water taxis are across the street. The Victoria Clipper, offering service to San Juan islands, is also down the street. Both Lumen Field and T-Mobile Stadium, hosting the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and concert events, are a 20 minute walk along the waterfront.

Seattle is extremely walk-able. The waterfront is your front yard! Guest can easily access downtown via the staircase into downtown or the Lenora street elevator located north of the building. One dedicated underground parking spot is available to guests with a car, but not recommended for getting around due to high cost of parking and traffic. The Light Link can be used to get to/from SeaTac Airport, it's a 12 minute walk to the unit. Taxis are a $50 flat rate from the airport.

This place was perfect! The condo itself did get pretty warm during the day and took a little to cool down - but other than that, it was great accommodations in an amazing location. She was very thorough in her initial instructions which made everything very easy when checking in and out. Thank you so much!

I came to Seattle for a mini vacation and to see the NW Flower and Garden show and found rest and relaxation in this gorgeous property. It alms st next door to the Seattle Aquarium, the Ferris wheel and the Pike Place Market. This perfectly located condominium has beautiful grounds and appointments and the space was generous for a solo traveler, couple or family. I am a senior and the secure garage and the 24/7 staff made me feel safe and secure. Although I was in the heart of Seattle it was very quiet and the perfect place to stay. I would definitely come back!

This location is amazing and its a nice place to hang out. The unit could use a visit from an electrician to fix all of the broken/breaking switches and missing bulbs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything that we needed was within walking distance. Can’t beat the location.

It is a great location, an easy walk to lots of venues. One thing about the apartment that was frustrating was that several of the electrical outlets were not working. Also, the one for the kitchen was very hard to find. That was the only issue we had. It was a perfect locationwith a beautiful view!

It is in a wonderful location. The air conditioning is just a small unit in the living room. On our one hot day it couldn’t cool the bedroom. We had to rely on fans. The shower did not have enough water pressure and required a very hard pull to get to work. There were some plugs that didn’t work or we just couldn’t figure out the switch/wall switch combo correctly. We loved the zero gravity chair and the view.

Great place! Figuring out the location was kind of tricky but that’s just how things are in Seattle. Once we found the front desk check in was simple. The place was great and made for a great home base as we explored the city. My wife loved the lounge chair in the middle of the living room. I was happy that there was an Apple TV because I forgot mine. We had a nice weekend. Thanks for the hospitality!
