Perfectly equipped, comfortable apartment and a great location and with parking right under the apartment block
The identification process was a total nightmare. I was harassed until days before arriving, asking me for 1) a photo of my driving licence, 2) a photo of my passport, 3) a selfie of me and my passport, 4) my credit card details and - to add insult to injury - losing all this information and mailing me two three times per day with automated messages not reacting to my pleas to be treated civilly. I called Booking as I started to suspect an identity scam. Only then did they stop harassing me. It was a very disturbing experience. Oh, and I forgot, in the fist mail they send me they confirmed my arrival on sept 21, 2024, which was 9 month *before* the date I booked, which made me insecure: did I make a mistake? Later I understood I was interacting with a bunch of total morons.

The location was great and the unit was very clean for the most part. The amount of kitchen utensiles and appliances was excellent. The bathrooms were very clean and the rooms were nice with comfortable beds.
The overall building was very nice and well maintained.
The washing machine needs to be have a deep cleaning. We didn't use it because there appeared to be a black film inside the door which was probably some form of mold. Some of the light bulbs were constantly flickering which should be changed out. The process to get into the unit after booking was much more difficult than expected with having to fill out background checks, etc.

Location
Mattresses need to be replaced. They are worn, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Place was clean but could use dusting.
