This great townhome has it all! Walk across the street to Pelican Beach to watch the sunset over the Edisto River. The clubhouse, Beach Club pools, and Atlantic Ocean are just a short stroll away. The townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is great for families.

A whimsical pelican sculpture greets you on the entry porch. Upon entering the home, you will notice the bright open space. Freshly painted in "beach" pastel colors creates a welcoming atmosphere. Tile and new wood flooring leads you to the living area where you can gather on the new comfortable furnishings, including queen sleeper sofa, for conversation or to watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV. Windows allow sunlight to stream and offer panoramic views of the 18th hole of Crooked Oaks and the lagoon. The dining area has a table that seats 6 guests. Sliding doors lead to a deck with another table for 4 and a gas grill. Watch the wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers land their tee shots while enjoying cool drinks on the deck. The nearby kitchen is very well stocked. Glass front upper cabinets, granite counters, and appliances are features. Sit at the island and keep the cook company. Step through the sliding doors to the screened porch with Trex decking where there is a table for 6. Enjoy dining or playing a game on this great porch.

There are two bedrooms, wood flooring and area rugs, and two baths in this townhome. The children will love the 1st floor bedroom which features a queen bed and bunkbeds. Sliders lead to the screened porch and there is a hall bath with a tub/shower. Take the open stairway to the 2nd floor master suite. The room has a king bed, large HDTV in the armoire, and two sun decks. The master bathroom has a separate sink area and a large walk-in closet. The bathing area has a tub/shower.

This townhome is in a great location. Pelican Beach is just across the street. Walk down Seabrook Island Road or through the parking lot to the Clubhouse where you can golf on the two championship courses or dine at Bohicket Lounge or the Palmetto Room. Swim at the Beach Club pools, or dine at the Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant. Stroll to Seabrook's 3.5 miles of beach. This villa is in the perfect location.

Pets NOT allowed

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets NOT allowed

Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities are NOT available with this condo. You cannot purchase amenity cards. You do have access to the The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

This is the third Spinnaker condo we have stayed in, and this was our favorite. Nicely updated kitchen. Great screened porch. Very well decorated and comfortable. Everything was immaculate, inside and out. The location is perfect, directly across from an easy beach access. The whole process was very smooth and trouble-free all the way around.

Great property and location Needs some attention to the following: fridge (very noisy) dishwasher (did not clean well and had low cover panel coming loose) upstairs curtain rail coming away from wall downstairs toilet not cleaned thoroughly

The property looked great in the pictures we saw so we rented. Upon arrival we guessed the pics must of been taken a few years back. The place just seemed to have been neglected for awhile. Little maintenance things that have gone unrepaired for some time have now turned into what will be big repairs and replacements. Kitchen faucet wrong size for smaller sink, it sprays wildly if not used as a mere trickle, this has lead to counter and backsplash consistently being wet which has lead to heavy black mold and small insect infestation between sink mount and counter. Grill and grill tools used & dirty upon arrival complete turnoff. Last tenants used recycle bin for trash instead of trash bin, it was teeming w fly’s and smelled, the trash pickup would not take because recycle bin not trash bin. Woke up 2 mornings in a row to infestation of caterpillars all over floors in kitchen, LR, D/R, downstairs bedroom & bath. Some were even crawling on LR furniture, they were obviously living inside somewhere and possibly our presence disturbed them and out they came, it was disgusting. Killed at least 35-40 caterpillars in two mornings, big caterpillars like 1-2” long. Black mold under edge of MB bathfitter unit that a piece or two would break free when showering. Found 3 HUGE Dead Palmetto bugs on floor in downstairs bedroom my teens were using. Berber carpeting in desperate need of thorough cleaning throughout unit. Kitchen small but workable, decent amount of cutlery, plates but not one serving bowl? Also no free cupboard space for renters food & supplies, we stacked everything on counters were we could and on center island which left us no working counter space at all. Overall the unit needs major updating, exterminating and cleaning. We were quite disappointed, heard unit recently sold hope new owners do what’s necessary to fix above! Seabrook Island itself is beautiful, had been before but noticed this time at Pelicans nest hostess and serve staff often rude and inattentive like they didn’t want to be there. I think problem is tip included in charges so no incentive for decent service. Upsetting because it’s not inexpensive, 3 burgers and drinks = $75 lunch! I don’t mind paying more BUT I expect the service and food to be decent, again very disappointed...The pools and beaches spectacular as always and grounds meticulous.... Don’t think we will be back again, much changed since last visit in 2014 and not for the better.
