When you walk in the front door, you enter a spacious great room that includes your main living area, dining space and kitchen. It’s so nice to keep everyone together in one large space for games, meals, and watching TV. One of the highlights of the great room are the many large windows that bring the lush foliage of the great outdoors into your rooms.
The living room is outfitted with a TV with cable, a DVD player, and VCR. Gather your group on the comfortable couches and chairs for movie night. You also have free Internet access within your townhome so you can stay in touch with friends back home. St. Andrews Common 1774 is a home designed for creature comfort and creating pleasant memories.?
Your St. Andrews Common 1774 living room couch makes out into a bed to accommodate any guests traveling with you to Hilton Head Island. There’s a half bath near the living room for guests’ convenience.
Another highlight of St. Andrews Common 1774 is your secluded patio area with vine-covered wall, perfect for relaxing. There’s also a table for two out on the covered portion of your patio. It’s fun to bring your dinner out on the deck to enjoy in the wonderful outdoors. You’ll also like that you are less than a minute’s walk from the community pool where you can swim, sun, and enjoy a beautiful view of the lagoon from one of the many tables available near the pool deck.
Of course, you can always drive or take the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy to shopping areas, Shelter Cove Marina, and restaurants. The shuttle runs from April through September. You’ll love trying out some of the local cuisine during your stay at St. Andrews Common 1774.

We had one problem with this property and it was a big one! After a 5 hour drive, our door code did not work. We tried calling the the property management company and no one would answer or even return our calls. We managed to located the local address and because it was after hours, was closed. Luckily, another condo owner happened to be in the condo parking lot. He knew this condo’s owner, called him and got his personal door code. Otherwise, the condo was GREAT!! Actually, better than advertised!! I hate not giving a perfect rating, but the property management company was just terrible!!!
