Newly renovated condo. 2027 rates have not been posted yet. You will LOVE having one of the of the few owner's reserved parking spots located directly under Celadon just steps from the beach and the elevator! You can leave your beach gear in the trunk right on the beach if you desire!
PLEASE BE AWARE, there is no smoking in the condo or on the balcony. There are smoking designated areas outside.

This 5th floor, NEWLY RENOVATED beachfront condo features unforgettable views of the Emerald Coast's beautiful white sugar-sand beaches and emerald waters. The condo has two large master bedrooms that both have new king beds and offer connected bathrooms. There's also a private, separate bunk room...perfect for the kids! BEACH LOUNGE SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN SEASON!
The living area and Master bedrooms have their own cable/SMART TV's and DVD players. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. There's a full-size washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience, and all linens and bath towels are provided.
Featuring upgrades throughout, there's also a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishes, pots, pans and all the utensils you'll need to prepare that perfect meal.
The spacious beachfront balcony provides for spectacular sunset viewing, marine-life sightings, or just enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves and relaxing in the fresh ocean air.
Celadon Resort features many wonderful amenities, including two sparkling pools and hot tubs. One of the pools is located directly on the beach and the other is a large, heated indoor/outdoor pool. Access to the sugar sand beach is conveniently located right off the elevator, by private boardwalk and includes outdoor showers. There's also a fitness center, shuffleboard, tennis courts, picnic tables and charcoal grills available for your use.
Also, for the exclusive use of our guests, we own one of the few reserved parking spaces directly under the Resort at ground level. This means you're just steps from the elevators and also the beach! If you have an oversized vehicle, or multiple vehicles there's also plenty of room in the multi-level garage accessible by a climate-controlled walkover. A PARKING PASS is required. Visit celadon.parkingattendant .com. Passes are $45 (for 3-30 days).
Panama City Beach's new shopping, dining and entertainment center, Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater are only five minutes from the condo. Frank Brown Sports Complex, the new Russell-Fields Pier along with other Panama City Beach attractions are also conveniently located.

Loved the property and location. Need to update the info with correct network name and password. Remote had no batteries for living room TV. Beach view master bath has bad light switch. No one available for checkin so we called and were told no checkin needed. Need to update arrival message to indicate current process.

We loved Celadon. We loved this unit. It’s newly decorated with good furniture. We picked a great week. We had beautiful weather! The water was clear.. some algae moss. There was not a lot of people on the beach. All the guests we talked to were friendly and most had stayed at Celadon multiple years. We will stay again here for sure!! It was very relaxing! Not sure if this is just an old person thing.. but we looked for and never found a guest book. We like to read where people are from and places they visited and reviews of restaurants in PCB.
