- An E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
- Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected w/ card on file.
- A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

Very easy process to enter the condo upon arrival. Everything was clean and well stocked. The king bed was especially comfortable. We loved the beach views from the balconies. We would definitely love to stay here again!
