The kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The cupboards are fully stocked for cooking and baking.
The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and Smart TV. The large closet and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage. The ensuite bath has a bathtub/shower and plenty of towels. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. Across the hall, the second bathroom has a walk-in glass enclosed shower. If you need to do a load of wash, there is also a full-size front-load washer and dryer.
The balcony is a great place to start and end your day. Relax in one of the comfy chairs or sit at the bistro table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins in the morning. New poly furniture in 2024. This 2nd floor unit is close to the gulf-front pool so you can watch your kids in the pool. As the day winds down, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset as you relax on the balcony.
Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach on our new beach ramp! Here you will be provided with complimentary beach service including 2 chairs and an umbrella (seasonal March - October). Maravilla has two pools - one gulf-front and one heated near the whirlpool, work-out room, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. There is also a brand NEW covered picnic area with a number of charcoal grills.
Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is a gated community with gated entrances from both Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive so it's easy to venture out.

Very clean and description extremely accurate. All listed items that come with the condo were available. There were even other beach toys not listed. The view of the ocean from the balcony is great. The access to the pool and beach are steps away. Yes the road is right in front of beach but the window thickness keeps any road news out. Condo was beautiful and well kept up. Amenities were plenty with access to gym, tennis court, pickle ball courts, and pools. During the summer when i was there the umbrella service was included and just had to cover tip. was close to anything you would want to go to in the 30A area. we did Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar, and Seaside. The condo allows small dogs and we had our little one with us. Ours is hypo allergenic as we have bad allergies and said we would never get a dog. But even with they hypo 1/3 chance we found one that did not bother us. I say this to show that in this condo we had no issues with allergies and did not have to use breathing machine. Shows it is well kept and cleaned. The host Sharon is very responsive and willing to help with any questions you may have. For us she answered immediately when the door code did not work and got it resolved in a matter of a few minutes. Highly recommend.
