The BigDisneyVilla is a stunning 4 bedroom house located in the quiet community of Windwood Bay approximately 15-20 minutes south of Walt Disney World and situated close to the I-4.
Welcome to our Beautiful Holiday Home - "Your Home from Home".
The villa is secure keycode entry so you have immediate access to the home. The nearby management company is on call 24 hours a day.
2500sq+ feet living space, plus games room. Two story villa with 4 bed, 3 1/2 bathrooms.
* 4 bedrooms 2 masters with ensuite. 2 twin rooms have a shared bathroom.
* kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee makers (keurig & Mr coffee drip- no pods/coffee/filter papers) and toaster.
* 2 lounge areas -
Formal lounge features 3 seater,2 seater chair, desk & office chair. Glass table with 4 chairs.
Family lounge features large 8 seater corner sofa, futon & 50 inch smart Tv.

Home provides linen/towels, cookware, plates, silverware/cutlery. There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Two master bedrooms:
Master bedroom one has a huge King bed. The en-suite features his and her basins plus a bath and separate shower. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe and 49" Roku TV.
Master 2 bedroom has double bed with en-suite bathroom/over bath shower, walk in wardrobe and 32 inch TV.
There are two Twin rooms which share a family bathroom. Both have built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, wall mounted Roku TVs and ceiling fans.
One twin room is Frozen Olaf themed with a wall mounted 43" 4K TV.
The other is Mickey Mouse, Star Wars or patterned bedding to suit the occupants in your party. Must be notified 7 days before your stay - generally Star Wars bedding on beds.
The villa has a large living area with two spacious lounge areas. There are DVDs, books and games available in the Family
Downstairs there is a laundry/utility room that houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and drying racks with hangers for clothes you would rather not tumble dry.
The large converted games room - accessed via the laundry/utility room - is equipped with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table. Small drinks table & 2 sofas.
The villa sleeps 8 people in air conditioned luxury. The bedrooms and main bathroom all upstairs.
The villa is also equipped with a high chair, stroller and travel cot with baby sheets & blankets and a child's toilet seat.
A half bathroom (toilet) services the downstairs. This can be accessed internally or via the back door from the pool/spa deck.
The pool and spa backs on to green conservation land. Sun is from mid morning until sunset. There are bushes grown on both sides of property for privacy between 2 adjacent properties. The conservation land is very private except for the wonderful wildlife that passes by.
On the deck are six chairs, four stools, a table and parasol & 3 sun loungers. The pool/spa area can be accessed from the lounge via a patio door. The doors are battery alarmed for children's movements and a safety fence is in place. Please be careful and vigilant with children around the pool area. We would respectfully request that if children under 18 are present that you consider that the safety fence is in place at all times for their safety. External doors alarmed also.
PLEASE NOTE POOL/SPA CAN BE HEATED AT ADDITIONAL COST OF $38 per night (Minimum heat 5 consecutive nights)
The pool has a liquid blanket during winter months that is tasteless/harmless and in periods of heavy rain the pool will be cooler. Please note the pool only heats to around 10 degrees above outside temperature and will not heat at all below 55 degrees. Maximum temperature of pool 85 degrees with heater.. Spa heat approx 100
The pool is filtered and cleaned on a weekly basis. At the deepest point, the pool is over 6ft and 3ft at the shallow end. The deck is covered with a net screen to keep the debris/bugs out of it.
Sun-cream, shampoos, body lotions etc. are not good for the filters and can cause the pool to go green, so please try to limit use of these items when using the pool. Pool resurfaced January 2022
This property is a NON SMOKING home.
There is parking for two cars at the front of the property and access to the home is by keypad.
An information book contains all the info you need for Wi-Fi codes and free phone calls in the US. For international calls, a phone card can be purchased at nearby gas stations and grocery stores at Champions Gate.
LOCAL AREA
This villa is located just 2 miles from junction 58 on the I-4, at Champions Gate, and is located in a quiet residential area and not overlooked to the rear. Also approx. 10 mins to Highway US 27. The Disney properties are within 15/20 minutes. It is easy to access SeaWorld, Universal Studies via I-4 (Interstate) toll free. Access to Busch Gardens, Legoland and the Gulf coast is also via I-4. The villa is within approximately an hour from international airport - Orlando (MCO) 35 mins, with Tampa International (TPA) & Melbourne (MLB for TUI flights) slightly further afield at approximately 1 hours 30 minutes.
There is a Publix supermarket at Champions Gate, plus a pharmacy, gas station and fast food establishments. Other restaurants are nearby who either deliver takeaways/Uber Eats or table service. Posner Park retail is within 10 minutes. There is an Aldi at 7820 Osceola Polk Line Rd, Davenport, FL 33896,
Don't forget there is an award winning golf course at Champions Gate (strict dress code) and is 2 minutes drive away. Ridgewood Lakes Golf course is 10 miles and Reunion 3 miles . There are other courses in the area.

The house has everything we needed. The owners were very good with communication, they reached out a week for our visit and sent a “guide book” for the house so we were able to look over it before our stay and reach out with any questions we had. Our kids loved the game room and pool! They did both everyday! We would recommend staying here!

This was our first family trip to Orlando area. Loved this house, paid to heat the pool/spa for mid March and very glad we did as a few days only reached 70 but still got used. Game room in garage was great but would be quite hot in the summer. Definitely give this place 2 thumbs up.

We were so very pleased with our stay. Very clean and upkept home. We found everything we needed during our stay and would be happy to vacation here again!
