We had a great experience with our kids and their friends (all teenagers). We would highly recommend this property. The shuttle system was very convenient and allowed us to travel over to Beaver Creek without any issues. Blair was wonderful to work with and was very attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, yet comfortable house. Six of us stayed in the house and felt we had plenty of room. The bunk bed room had plenty of drawer and closet space for the two adults that stayed in that room.
Loved that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom AND that the bathroom off the main area also has a shower.
The hot tub worked perfectly.
Blair and Colin were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely rent this house again. (Note: Though it isn’t exactly ‘ski in / ski out’; it is very close to the ski lift and within walking distance.)

This is a nice house near Roughlock and is a walk down a cul de sac and a little up the main road to the ski run. Although technically possible to ski in, if enough snow, it isn’t really a ski in-ski out but appears in that category on the app. The renters are very nice and attentive, especially Colin who was our main contact during the stay. The main bedroom and bath are quite large and the second bedroom is significantly smaller with an inferior bathroom. It’s hard to tell on the pictures as you can only see the shower in the reflection in the mirror. The kids room and full bath by the kitchen are all all nice and modern but we felt bad for the other couple we brought when we figured out the lopsided aspect of the bedroom/bath situation. I made the same mistake as other reviewers and assumed we could use the garage in the picture until re-reading the check-in instructions after arrival.

This house was perfect for our family on space and location. House is very cozy and the 4 bathrooms was a huge plus! My only con, it isn't truly a ski in ski out property and the hot tub was broken during our stay which is no ones fault it happens but we were looking forward to a private hot tub after full days of skiing. Overall we would definitely go back and stay at this property. Loved that is was so close to the Ritz as we love the restraunts and outdoor sitting areas there. Dial a ride was very easy to use as well. The owners were very attentive and easy to work with.
