Easy check-in process - collect the keys form a lock box, and the hosts sent clear instructions on how to access the unit. There's a nice patio (you only get access to a small area but it's still pleasant). Lots of natural light, wonderful especially on a sunny day. Pretty well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bed. Location is okay - 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 minutes to the beach. The highlight is the cat that lives above - she is so friendly and adorable!
The bathroom is fine - there's two feet between the top of the door and the ceiling so there's little privacy. The kitchen is small - not too much space to prepare food, and no dishwasher/drying rack.
