About this apartment rental
Our unit #3302 is in Bldg 3 overlooking the indoor pool and track. The villa sleeps 5 comfortably; master bedroom has a queen bed, and twin over full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Room for air mattress; Linens are provided. New flooring in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and granite counter tops. Roku TV in living room and 2nd bedroom that you can stream your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney +). Outside balcony overlooks lagoon. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, kiddy pool, indoor track, exercise room, sauna, hot tub, six tennis courts, picnic area with grills, and WIFI . Visit the Island Grill and Deli located at the main pool for bike rentals, breakfast, lunch and groceries. The private beach is a short walk away or ride the free beach shuttle! No roads to cross to the private beach! The resort is gated and has 24/7 security. The Robert Trent Jones golf courses are right next door and the resort is convenient to all Hilton Head has to offer. Breeze Trolley stops at resort entrance.

Nice property, screened in exterior balcony. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook majority of vacation meals.

We got extremely lucky with the weather, but there was lots of rain in the forecast. No need to worry, the activities in this building #3 kept us well occupied. The Kroger grocery store across the street has everything you might need! And I love that this location allows grocery deliveries to the door. Affordable food at both the resort’s Beach Bear restaurant at the party pool as well as fantastic 10 burger beachside at Cocos. A big fan of the screened-in balcony and key pad on the door with this unit.

Entrance guard at gate is nice to prevent unwanted guests. Unit had old food in refrigerator, pantry, and coffee grounds in containers on counter. None of that would be usable by another guests for cleanliness/hygiene reasons. Bed sheets and pillows are past useful life and need replaced. Electrical outlets need updated. Bathrooms need updated. A wasp got into the screened in porch. A can of wasp spray would be a helpful addition. Plenty of parking near unit. Common area in building looked interesting but we didn’t have time to use.
