About this apartment rental
My husband and I have travelled extensively and understand the importance of quiet, quality, comfortable accommodation in a great location.
We have created luxurious accommodation, which is completely private and peaceful, with high quality furnishings and linen.
The bedroom, with a very comfortable king bed, opens out onto a private patio area. The lounge-room also opens onto a large private patio and beautiful garden setting for exclusive use with outdoor furniture and umbrella, your own Weber barbecue, gas fire, a flat lawn and a close up view of Kohimarama Beach.
The modern bathroom has a large bath and shower, with quality toiletries. It is a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day.

We loved the apartment is exactly as described, very clean and easy to access, and it is right around the corner from the beach, and we walked to get food and gelato just around the corner as well. The host was very sweet and helpful.

Clean and lovely furnishings. Great spot.Close to beach ,local cafe (excellent),bus line into city. Which is fabulous and cheap.Lovely easy walk round to St Heliers for more shops ,cafes ,supermarket and Restaurants. Would definitely stay again when visiting Auckland. Better than expected ,all round beauty.

The place is very nice and the location is awesome. Spotless. You can see the water from the back patio door. Owners are very helpful and accommodating.Note that you can’t park on the property but it doesn’t matter as street parking is right there, very open.

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and really enjoyed it. It was exactly as shown in the photos, had a peaceful backyard oasis, and was so close to the beach. Maureen and John were easy to communicate with, and were available for any needs or questions. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this property and it shows.We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future!Thank you Maureen and John!
