About this house rental
Great rental with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 4 acres in beautiful Chanhassen, Minnesota. We are only 4 miles from Bavaria Downs. Only 3 miles from Hazeltine Golf Club. Up to two dogs are allowed with prior permission with a $25 pet fee. Maximum occupancy is 8.
This home has two master bedrooms and an open concept kitchen, eating area and family room, as well as additional family room. Discount for longer rentals, up to one or two months. The home has beds for up to 8 adults .
There is a deck with grill, a firepit and two acres of grass, the rest is wooded. The driveway has a large parking area. There is no garage parking available. Enjoy the firepit and the kids can explore in the woods or play on the beautiful lawn. Firewood is available for a fee.
Feel free to host guests during your stay, with a maximum of 16 people total.
Special Note: Due to the nature of this property and the upkeep required, you will, on occasion, see us on the property to mow the lawn, pick fruit during harvest time, and other lawn maintenance.
We love meeting our guests. We will meet you upon arrival and show you around and give you the lock code at that time.
Maximum occupancy is 8. Maximum overnight parking allowed is 6
vehicles. Parking is outside, no garage access.
Feel free to host guests, with a maximum of 16 people for a small event.
ACCESSIBILITY: The home has two steps up to get into the house, and 7 steps to go up to the main level inside or 7 steps down to the lower level. Inside there is a hand railing on one side of the stairway to the upper level.
We are 19 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and 16 miles from the Mall of America. Close to downtown Minneapolis, about a 30 minute drive.

We stayed at this home while in Minneapolis for our son’s wedding. Terri and her husband were great hosts. Terri met greeted us and showed us around the property. The house was very clean, well stocked with almost anything you could dream of, and spacious. It was delightfully decorated for Christmas. When it snowed, the driveway was cleared in a timely manner and grit was put down to prevent slipping. The toddlers with us especially enjoyed the beautiful wooded yard with snow to play in. They also spotted many squirrels, including an albino one, a fox, and rabbits. Chocolate chip cookies left on counter for us just topped off the experience along with such a warm welcome. thank you!

This was a wonderful home to spend the holiday with our family. The host was amazing staying in contact and available for anything we needed. Great location and easy to access local attractions. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you

This home was a fabulous stay with all amenities available. Nice and clean, comfortable living space and beds. Even with easy access and a busier road, the house is tucked back in a wooded area with beautiful scenery. It was great to see the turkeys and deer come to the feeders. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Terri was always available and checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything and were good! ;)
