About this house rental
Great rental with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 4 acres in beautiful Chanhassen, Minnesota. We are only 4 miles from Bavaria Downs. Only 3 miles from Hazeltine Golf Club. Up to two dogs are allowed with prior permission with a $25 pet fee. Maximum occupancy is 8.
This home has two master bedrooms and an open concept kitchen, eating area and family room, as well as additional family room. Discount for longer rentals, up to one or two months. The home has beds for up to 8 adults .
There is a deck with grill, a firepit and two acres of grass, the rest is wooded. The driveway has a large parking area. There is no garage parking available. Enjoy the firepit and the kids can explore in the woods or play on the beautiful lawn. Firewood is available for a fee.
Feel free to host guests during your stay, with a maximum of 16 people total.
Special Note: Due to the nature of this property and the upkeep required, you will, on occasion, see us on the property to mow the lawn, pick fruit during harvest time, and other lawn maintenance.
We love meeting our guests. We will meet you upon arrival and show you around and give you the lock code at that time.
Maximum occupancy is 8. Maximum overnight parking allowed is 6
vehicles. Parking is outside, no garage access.
Feel free to host guests, with a maximum of 16 people for a small event.
ACCESSIBILITY: The home has two steps up to get into the house, and 7 steps to go up to the main level inside or 7 steps down to the lower level. Inside there is a hand railing on one side of the stairway to the upper level.
We are 19 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and 16 miles from the Mall of America. Close to downtown Minneapolis, about a 30 minute drive.

Our hostess, Terri Bloomquist, earns her top rating by being attentive and extra considerate. And her chocolate chip cookies are outstanding! The home was meticulously clean and welcoming . We were staying with grandchildren, and they had everything they needed for a happy stay.

We rented this property for multiple weeks while our home was being renovated. It was an oasis of peace and beauty in a stressful season. The property is beautiful. So much access to nature! The kids enjoyed exporing the woods and hiking to a park nearby. We enjoyed watching wild turkeys every morning, and having campfires around the huge fire pit.The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the gathering areas spacious with comfy couches. Mattresses were great. Kitchen clean and well stocked. I have never stayed at a rental with such a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor grill is great, and there is plenty of seating outside as well as inside.Hosts were wonderful to work with. They communicated very well and were unbelievably helpful, friendly and flexible. Their careful upkeep of this property made it a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Group of 8 with kids and 2 dogs. Terri and Dave were so welcoming. Any and all problem that came up they were there right away to fix it. Terri checked in daily to see if we needed anything and left lots of suggestions and places to eat. Peaceful and quite away from heavy traffic. And got to see a group of turkeys and a herd of deers. If we come back for a trip to Minneapolis would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the property hosted by Terri. At check-in Terri gave us a tour of the property to ensure all questions we may have had were answered and she left us a platter of delicious homemade cookies. The home was extremely clean and very comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided and it was very pet friendly. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Minnesota!! We highly recommend it!
