Just a five minute walk to Main Street (approx 1/2 mile) and a ten minute drive to Whiteface Mountain. Access miles of cross-country ski trails directly from the property or start you day with a round of golf-the first hole of the Lake Placid Club Course is right out the back door. Fully furnished in simple Adirondack style, this unit is ready for a weekend or week-long stay. Great, clean apartment that is nearby all the shops and restaurants. Mary was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Looking forward to returning again.

This property was exactly as described and is absolutely adorable. They have thought of everything. It is a nice walk into town and the house is in a lovely setting and I felt very safe here. There’s a very nice outdoor space to use as well, perfect for a barbecue, reading a book and just hanging out.This property does have air-conditioning thank goodness because there was quite the heat wave while we were here. There is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, which would have been nice, but I was able to cool down the apartment enough to sleep comfortably. I would definitely book here again on my next visit.

So glad that we were able to stay in this beautiful home for a weekend. Amazing hosts and everything was just as advertised. We look forward to coming back and will definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this property. It provided us with a cozy comfort of lake placid and the adirondacks !! The decor and amenities were great. Communication with the owners was also very responsive as we had 3 cars our first night and I wanted to make sure that was OK
