Pros-
The home is spacious and very convenient for the town of San Juan del Sur. We cold walk to the beach and the night life easily. The home had space for our group of 15 easily (including 6 kids in the bunk beds). It would be a good space for parties as well. The little pool was good for the kids. We also were able to hire someone to cook which was a positive experience. .
Cons-
The beds and rooms need some upkeep and it was less than clean (beds, sheets, mice). We also had lots of water come into the living room from the rain.
Some rooms are very loud with the nightlife across the street.
Only street parking on busy street.
Not all the rooms were available that are pictured and we got rooms upstairs that were okay.
