About this house rental

Our comfortable 4 bedroom home is the perfect place for your family to use as a home base when visiting San Diego. It is a block to family-friendly Law Street Beach where you can surf or play in the waves.

Our home is just off the Pacific Beach boardwalk and right on the PB Pathway. We are only a few blocks from the shops on Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd. That means bike, boogie board and surfboard rentals are only minutes away, as well as some of the best bars and restaurants in San Diego.

There is parking for up to 3 medium-sized vehicles. Two private patios are perfect for a BBQ on the gas grill (larger patio). Enjoy the great beach weather by opening the roll-up door for lanai-style, alfresco dining.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and beauty of this home. The view of the beach and Pacific Ocean from the main living area is spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and supplied with everything we needed. Every morning we walked the boardwalk through Pacific Beach and Mission Beach and the weather cooperated.

The house is spacious with lots of areas for people to hang out. The bedrooms being in separate floors worked out for those who wanted more quiet versus hanging out more.I had a baby on the second floor and they couldn't hear her crying downstairs. If anyone was in the kitchen, I couldn't hear them from the bedrooms with the doors closed. Since there isn't any a/c, each room had a nice ceiling fan and floor fan. The big closets could store luggage. There were plenty of bathrooms to use, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Beach towels were available to borrow. There were also some games to borrow. There were televisions with Roku in the living room and pool table room, as well as the large primary bedroom downstairs. And the driveway could fit 3 SUVs and probably a 4th if squeezed in right. It's a very short walk to the beach and a little more to Crystal Pier. My family loved the place.

Great house with a seamless check-in process. Kitchen was even bigger than expected with just about every tool you need for cooking. The location is literally just seconds away from the beach and I believe this is one of the best houses you can in PB, specifically for the max occupancy that it offers. Thanks Craig!!!

The people managing this property are super friendly, with clear communication and professionalism. Checking in was incredibly easy and straight forward. The house is amazing! Beautifully decorated, with large rooms and very comfortable space. The structure of the house is great to have two families enjoy their time together but also with their own space since they can be located one in each floor. The kitchen is big, fully equipped and with a lot of space and a beautiful view to the ocean. One of the walls opens up to the balcony bringing the fresh ocean breeze. Perfect place to build strong memories and wonderful moments with family and friends. The master bedroom is super large and comfortable that includes a large bathroom with double showers. The kids enjoyed the pin ball machine while the grownups played pool. I highly recommend this house! And the location is perfect! Just two blocks from the beach! We had a wonderful time!

Great house! Clean. Had everything we needed. Great for socializing/ eating meals with the whole family. Could use a new grill but it worked. Location is great with beach nearby, easy walk along boardwalk to PB shops and restaurants while removed enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every time we stay here it is an absolute dream. Craig and the property manager were super responsive to any questions we had. The house is fully stocked with all the cooking implements, coffee/tea, and spices we needed, though we had most of our meals at Taco Surf, Oscar's, and the Breakfast Republic anyway. Beautiful views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

This home is located one block from the spectacular Law street beach. The view of the water from the second floor and third floor deck is awesome. We enjoyed watching surfers and pelicans and dolphins! The four bedrooms (2 king and 2 queen) and 3 1/2 bathrooms made this home perfectly comfortable for our party of 8. We loved walking for coffee to the Surf Lounge, enjoyed amazing tacos and ceviche at Oscars and loved the local Gelson’s grocery store. This was the PERFECT home base for our holiday week.

We enjoyed our stay in this home with our family on PB in San Diego. The beach view is amazing and the short walk to it was just what we wanted. The parking at the home and access to numerous restaurants also helped for a very positive experience. The only downside that we noted with the home was the lack of air conditioning (which we were aware of prior to arrival). We thank the owners for sharing their home with us for our stay.

This was a great house for experiencing the San Diego beach scene. The location is very convenient to the beach. The outdoor porches and the indoor/outdoor dining (thanks to the big glass door) provide a very good opportunity to feel and see the ocean. The surf was great for beginners of all ages.

My husband, our friends, and I stayed for a week and a half. We had a few couples and about half of us were doing remote work during the early part of the day. There are plenty of workspaces (with ocean views) and the WiFi handled all our work calls. The two downstairs rooms were very private with en suite bathrooms and the master with it's own entrance and side yard. Definitely coming back.

The view was amazing with two balconies. The kitchen was set up for cooking with a view. As a family we used the pool table. We were able to walk everywhere since the house was perfectly located to the beach reatruants. It was a fabulouse place to stay. We hope to stay there again.

The property set the tone for the perfect San Diego family holiday! The location, the very cool house, the amenities, the communication with Craig....you could not ask for anything more. This house was stunning and we’d absolutely go back! The house was comfortable and very clean; being so close to the beach I expected some sand on the floor as we have experienced in other homes we have rented- but NOT this one. I was really impressed. Wifi was perfect and worked as expected. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bars- all within walking distance. It was perfect for our group that ranged from 16-49. Each room was very well appointed and everyone was comfortable. Communication with Craig was excellent and I appreciated the messages with the house staff as well. It was such a fun trip and we hated to leave the 65° weather and return to our reality of 113°. All in all, the house on Law has our hearts!! Thank you, Craig, for allowing us to have a special place for our family to call home if only for a few short days.

If you want to be close to the beach, this place is for you! It was an easy 1 block walk to the beach. The house was large and easily accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids. The pool table and pinball machine were hits! While I would not consider this a luxury residence, it was certainly comfortable and well equipped to met the needs of a large family. The owner does ask that you start the dishes and linens before you leave at check out at 11am. This could be a potential challenge if your group has early flights scheduled. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Thank you for an amazing vacation. This property exceeded our expectations. We arrived to a spotlessly clean home. Everything about it was perfect. It actually seemed even bigger than it appears in the photos. Plenty of room for 7 adults and a toddler. All the beds are comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The pool table and pinball machine were fun for all. Parking is perfect. But the best feature is the garage door that opens to the deck with a beautiful ocean view! We spent hours gathered at the huge dining area table soaking up the view. The beach is probably less than a block away, extremely easy to access. Other guests had mentioned the noise. Yes it is on a busy corner. We only heard it late at night. Being forewarned I brought a white noise machine so it was manageable. I left a couple items and was pleasantly surprised when the owner contacted me and offered to return them. Much appreciated! The best beach property we have ever stayed at. We will be back!

I took 7 family members ranging in age from almost 2 to 50 and we had an amazing time. The property was as advertised and it was just a short walk to the beach. We are already planning to return next year for a week! The only downside was the location is on the corner of a busy street and it could get loud late at night and early morning but that was just a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay in the eclectic Pacific Beach area. This house is literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. We were concerned that there might be noise at night as the side of the house is located on a main thoroughfare---but noise was never an issue. The house itself was great...pool and pinball were fun additions and the rooftop deck was fantastic...nice view of the ocean. Our little granddaughters loved the "secret bedroom" behind the bookcase. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is very well-equipped, and the house has many nice touches such as a small heater in the master bedroom to take off the morning chill. Zelda was very responsive before our visit and to a question we had on arrival. Couldn't have been nicer.

We loved this house. It was a perfect location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our boys and their friends are teens now and they had a great time exploring the area. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean. It's an easy walk to the beach and the weather was beautiful. Definitely recommend!
