About this villa rental
This custom designed architectural beauty sits on a magnificent hillside abundant in nature and enhanced by carefully crafted Permaculture gardens thriving with all kinds of fruit trees, shrubs and a variety of food. The villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an option to add another master bedroom and bathroom for an additional fee of $150 nightly. This second master bedroom sits just on top of the pool which has absolutely stunning views of the ocean.
The main master bedroom is fully furnished with a king sized bed and spacious bathroom. The third guest room has a queen size bed and the fourth guest room of the house has two twin beds, making it an ideal vacation retreat for groups of friends as well as families with children.
We also have a queen bed available that we can switch out for the double twin bed set-up. In addition if you need a twin bed in any of the rooms we would be happy to place it anywhere you like.
The spacious living room with panoramic views open onto a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In addition we have a beautiful Infinity swimming pool for all to enjoy.
We offer in-house chef services, cocktail servers and maid services to help you get settled in and enjoy the comforts of your luxury villa. These services are at an additional rate, except the complimentary cleaning services which we offer daily, except on sundays and national holidays.
>The villa is about a 200 yard walk from the beach just below the house, the main pavones surf break is .8 miles from the house and Punta Banco, which is a one of our most picturesque beaches, is 1.5 miles from the villa.

Beautiful retreat overlooking the ocean. It felt private and safe. So many amazing views. Fruit trees on the property. Short drive to surfing. Jeffrey was amazing!

The property is beautiful. Nice views, clean, and well kept. Gustavo connected us with a local guide to arrange activities during our stay.My only concern was the lack of communication with the host. We asked a few questions about travel logistics with no response, no check-in instructions, and during our stay we asked about WiFi and never received a response.we were able to solve independently, but it was somewhat frustrating to fail to communicate.

In general house need a good maintaince .
Kitchen very hold and damages, utensily not good and old.
All dish and glass in plastic.
When we arrived the mosquito Net of the kitchen all broken .
Towels for bath and pool spotted and old.
Wooden wardrobe need maintanance and paint.
Generally not well clean.
Only 2 sun bed available .
In general not satisfy for what we pay.
