Things to Know Before Booking

Costa Rica offers an amazing tropical experience, but nature comes with a few realities:

During the rainy season, occasional power outages may occur due to storms or utility maintenance. They are usually restored quickly but can sometimes last longer during severe weather.
Internet service throughout the region can occasionally be interrupted during major storms or utility outages.
Municipal water service may occasionally experience brief interruptions, particularly during maintenance or exceptionally dry periods.
You are staying in a tropical rainforest environment. Expect insects, butterflies, geckos, frogs, and other harmless wildlife. Mosquitoes are most active around sunrise and sunset, so we recommend bringing insect repellent.
Monkeys, birds, and other wildlife are protected. Please enjoy observing them from a respectful distance and never feed them.

These are all part of the authentic Costa Rican experience, and many guests consider them highlights of their stay.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all outdoor amenities, including the private 11.5-meter pool, rooftop terrace, covered carport, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, and all five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

For your convenience, the covered carport is available for guest parking.

To store owner supplies and housekeeping items, the enclosed garage and one hallway linen closet on the second floor will remain locked and are not accessible to guests. These areas do not affect your privacy or use of the home.

You will have complete private access to the rest of the property throughout your stay.
